Return & Exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in new, unused condition.
To initiate an exchange or return, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and item number that you wish to return. A prepaid shipping label will be emailed within 24 hours. Processing usually takes 3 to 5 business days after the receipt of your package. You will be refunded the amount paid at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
When you exchange an item, you will be refunded the amount paid at the time of purchase and charged for the new product at the current price at the time of your exchange.
If you prefer to handle shipping of the return directly at your expense, please ship your package via an insured, traceable means (ex. UPS, FedEx, USPS). You must still contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization prior to shipment.
Please note the following rules for our return and exchange policy:
- All merchandise must be in new unused condition
- Returned items must have all tags attached and be in the original packaging
- All sales are final on discontinued items and cannot be returned or exchanged
